1. Rights holder

All materials on nikolablajen.com and in the Nikola Blajen app were created by Nikolai Chechelnitskiy (pen name Nikola Blajen) and are his exclusive property.

2. What is protected

the artwork of every card in the three decks — Voice of the Lord, Messages of God, Awakening of the Soul;
the card meaning texts, the "living reading" texts, the blog articles and the "Skills" content;
the deck names, and the "Nikola Blajen" name and brand.

All of the above is protected by copyright and by international intellectual-property treaties.

3. Allowed without separate permission

viewing the cards and reading the texts on the site and in the app for personal, non-commercial use;
sharing a link to any page of the site;
sharing a screenshot of a card — every image carries a nikolablajen.com watermark; such a screenshot with a credit to the source is welcome.

4. Not allowed without the rights holder's written permission

downloading, copying or redistributing the card images in any form;
removing, cropping or covering the watermark;
using the images or texts in other apps, decks, print products, merchandise, advertising, courses or teaching materials;
any commercial use;
creating derivative works — reworking the artwork, retelling the card meanings as your own;
republishing the card meanings, blog articles or readings elsewhere;
bulk automated copying (scraping), including for training AI or machine-learning models.

5. Official sources

The digital version of the cards exists only in the Nikola Blajen app and on nikolablajen.com. Physical decks — cards.nikolablajen.ru. Any copies on third-party sites, app stores or marketplaces not listed here are unauthorised.

6. Licensing and permissions

For use of the materials, partnerships and licensing: info@nikolablajen.ru. Permission is granted in writing.

7. Liability for infringement

Where exclusive rights are infringed, the rights holder may claim statutory compensation and pursue any other remedies available under applicable law.
