Illness is the language of the body and soul, through which they try to convey important messages to us. Every pain, every weakness, every disorder is a sign, hiding a cause far deeper than we often realize.

For one, back pain speaks of the weight of the past; for another, eye trouble speaks of an unwillingness to see the truth; for a third, blood disorders speak of blocked life energy. Illness can result from psychosomatics, karmic lessons, family scripts, or even an unhealthy way of living.

It is the result of an imbalance between body, mind, and soul. But, like any card, this one carries a key to healing too.

To overcome an illness, you must find its root. Inner dialogue, understanding your fears, releasing negativity, changing your surroundings, all of this can become a step toward health.

Sometimes it's enough to end a destructive relationship or change your place of living for the body to begin healing. Sometimes a child's illness reflects the unresolved conflicts of their parents.

Healing must address not only the body, but the spirit, the relationships, the energy of the family. It's important to remember: the more we give thanks for our health, the stronger it becomes.

Instead of fearing illness will come, it's better to focus on gratitude for what you already have. Even if there are hardships right now, they are temporary.

Recognizing the cause of an illness and working with it can perform miracles. Let this card remind you how important it is to be attentive to your body, to your inner world.

For illness is not a sentence; it is an invitation to change, to a new beginning. Listen to your body, turn to your soul, and the path to healing will surely open.
