Happiness has many levels and facets. It can be fleeting, like the joy of seeing a butterfly, or deep, like making love with someone close to you.

There is bodily happiness, spiritual happiness, emotional happiness. But the deepest happiness is born when you do something for others, expecting nothing in return.

This doesn't have to be for the people close to you that you already interact with. Sometimes it's enough to smile at a stranger passing by, to say a kind word, or to sincerely support another person.

Your happiness multiplies when you give it to the world, when from the depths of your heart and soul you share light and joy with your Universe, one in which other people live too, and animals, and this very World called Earth. Let your happiness pass through you, becoming a Source of Light for others.

The more you give, the more you fill yourself. Within this flow of happiness, you will find yourself. "Make the world happier.
