When you came into this world, your soul came with you. It has been with you always, in every moment of your life.

And yet, we often forget about it. We become absorbed in physical existence, forgetting the subtle being living within us.

The soul can withdraw into shadow, into loneliness, into sadness, when we stop hearing and valuing it. It suffers when we forget it, when we live as though it did not exist.

Stop, and listen to your soul. Close your eyes and simply feel it.

Say: "Hello, my soul, I am here. Thank you for being with me; forgive me for forgetting you, for not always valuing you, for not always turning to you with love."
Acknowledge its importance, deep within your heart.

The soul is not an abstraction; it is the most important part of your path. Forgive yourself, and forgive your soul, for the moments you turned away from it.

Acknowledge that life has taught you to forget it, that your parents, your surroundings, the world sometimes teach you not to hear or feel your soul. Forgive yourself for the suffering you have caused yourself and your soul.

The soul has many facets. It is not uniform, not one single face.

In different situations it may play different roles: passionate, quiet, kind, or strong. And each of us, as a soul, is likewise many-sided.

The soul of a poet, a musician, a mother, a driver, it lives within each of us, in every expression of our life. If you've drawn this card, it is a sign.

A sign that your soul demands attention and care. May your soul bloom, opening to new possibilities.

It carries within it the keys to your happiness, your strength, and your life's resources. Feel its light and its power; it can guide you through any hardship.

Remember, without your soul you cannot overcome anything. Only the soul has the power to transform, to give you clarity, and to direct your thoughts along the right course.

Thoughts govern the body, and the soul governs thoughts. When you connect with your soul, you open the path to healing and harmony.
