Phobias are not simply fear; they are an endless closed wheel of doubt and insecurity, in which we turn like gears in a mechanism, returning again and again to the same thoughts and situations. This is not just anxiety; it is a state in which we create our own obstacles inside our heads, sometimes without noticing how these thoughts seize us and pull us into an endless loop.

Phobias are thoughts that once clouded us, that we wind up like old tape, and these thoughts become our state of being. We begin to believe something will go wrong, and the fears start gaining strength, drawing energy out of us.

But in truth, this is only an illusion, our own inner whirlwind, in which we lose control. Simply begin to think differently: everything will be fine.

Everything will work out. The solutions have already arrived, and the scariest part is already behind you.

Relax, and release these fears. All you need is to trust the process and believe you are moving in the right direction.

Relax, let go, and you will reach what you're striving for, so long as your actions don't threaten your own safety, and you're not putting yourself in danger. In that case, this isn't a phobia, but a real fear, one that requires your attention and action.

But if your fears are merely thoughts, not grounded in a real threat, let them go. Don't feed your phobias; don't sustain them.

Say goodbye to them. For there is nothing in this world deserving of your fear, if you are willing to let go and believe that everything will be fine.
