Fear is a shadow that always follows us along the path of life. It can hide in the corners of the mind, flare suddenly into panic, or quietly whisper doubts.

Fear of death, of poverty, of loneliness, of the future — each one is a barrier we build in front of ourselves. But the truth is simple: fear is an illusion born of our thoughts.
