The soul wants to speak with you. The question is whether you're ready to hear it.

Every soul expresses itself in its own way. Some through music, some through silence.

Some through embraces, others through tears of joy or through touching nature. Expression of the soul is its language, its way of engaging with the world.

When a person finds this language, they become whole, alive, truly happy. But many forget to listen to their soul.

They live out of habit, follow others' expectations, drown out its voice with busyness. And yet the soul still tries to reveal itself, through longing, through discontent, through the sense that something is wrong.

Pause for a moment and ask your soul: 'How do you want to express yourself?' Listen for its answer. It may come in a dream, in meditation, in a passing thought or image.

Perhaps your soul wants to sing, and you forbid yourself. Perhaps it wants silence, and you fill the space with noise.

Perhaps it wants freedom, and you hold yourself within the bounds of others' expectations. The soul always knows what it needs.

All you need to do is hear it. And then your path will become lighter, more harmonious, fuller.

Let your soul express itself however it wishes. Through dance, through laughter, through tears, through silence.

Find this language, and you will find harmony within yourself. So be it.
