Awakening begins where pain ends and acceptance begins. Every soul that arrives in this world carries its own scars: traumas, grievances, fears, and darkness.

Like the body, the soul can be wounded and can bleed. But wounds cannot be left unattended, or they will remind you of themselves again and again, robbing you of peace and calm.

Healing the soul is a path toward restoring wholeness, toward reclaiming your inner light. This process takes time and care.

Sometimes, an entire lifetime. Allow yourself this labor.

Begin with acceptance: accept your mistakes, your losses, and your pain as important lessons. Just as wounds on the body need cleansing, so too does the soul await your attention and compassion.

Healing begins by turning to your origins: to your lineage, to the ancestors who passed down their knowledge to you, and sometimes their wounds too. Call upon them; ask for healing of karmic knots, of the stories held in the depths of your soul.

Your prayers will be heard. Whether it is God, the Almighty, Jesus Christ, Buddha, or any other source of light, every step in this process will open new strength within you.

The path to healing may demand much of you: energy, time, resources, but it is the most precious investment you will ever make. Serving your soul is serving your true Self, your source of love and connection to the world.

Heal your soul. Give it freedom from pain, from the past, from its heaviness.

When your inner scars heal, the path to true awakening will open. And may the light of your healed soul shine brighter than every star.
