The pain of the soul is not an ending. It is its way of telling you that something needs healing.

These may be karmic lessons, deep transformations, trials that must be passed through so the soul can cleanse and become stronger. Such pain may feel endless, but remember: it is not forever.

If your soul aches right now, accept this. Don't try to silence it or hide it.

Accept it, like rain that comes to cleanse. Recognize that pain is not a punishment, but a sign that something within needs attention, care, healing.

There is always a way out. Sometimes it comes through prayer, sometimes through the support of others, through inner work, awareness, forgiveness.

Sometimes simply through time. But remember: no pain lasts forever.

And if your soul is filled with joy right now, give thanks for it. Gratitude is a strength that extends the state of happiness and protects against needless suffering.

Let your soul heal. Let the pain leave, and let light, peace, and joy take its place.
