An open soul is a stream of light not held back by fear and doubt. Being open to the world means allowing yourself to truly live.

Not hiding your feelings, not fearing to show yourself, not keeping inside what could be shared. The soul unfolds through service to others, through help, through creativity, through sincerity.

When you open up, energy begins to flow through you, connecting you to the world, to people, to the Divine. Openness is not weakness.

It is a strength that lets you share your light. But to serve others, you must first be full yourself.

You need knowledge, experience, strength of spirit, or simply a big heart willing to give. Openness doesn't mean giving yourself away entirely; it is the ability to let the flow of life pass through you and direct it where it's needed.

Sometimes fear keeps us from opening up. We're afraid of being misunderstood, judged, rejected.

But the world will always find those who will hear you, see you, feel you. It takes only one step, only being yourself, and letting this light flow through you.

Don't try to change the whole world. It's enough to make one person happy.

One smile, one kind word, one sincere act can be the beginning of something great. Allow yourself to open up.

Allow the energy of life to flow through you. Share what is in your soul, and the world will answer you with light.
