Sometimes a relationship is not support, not love, but a game played by only one side. One manipulates, suppresses, uses, while the other loses themselves, their energy, their faith.

In such relationships there is no equality, no real care, only control, fear, dependency. Abuse isn't only between partners.

It can be family, friends, colleagues, anyone who makes you weaker, strips you of freedom, plays on your feelings. And the most frightening part is that a person caught in this may not even realize what's happening to them.

They justify the other's behavior, endure it, believe things will change... But it only gets worse.

Look honestly at your relationships. If there is more pain than joy, more fear than love, something is wrong.

You are not obligated to be a victim. You don't have to save someone who is breaking you.

Say "no." Leave behind those who don't know how to value you, who only take and give nothing in return. Free yourself.

Choose yourself. Go where there is respect, sincerity, and light.
